Perhaps the most important

Perhaps the most important thing for which we need to both teach and assess is the skill of using technology, not just computer technology but all technology, to acquire necessary knowledge and skills needed to solve specific higher order problems. Once somebody obtains this skill they can do anything else.

Of course, I could be wrong. What do you think?
